Considering conversion?
If you are considering a conversion project, you can seize the opportunity to meet our knowledgeable RPC Superfos team. We will be delighted to answer any questions about converting to plastic, be it from metal or from glass. Running a conversion project with RPC Superfos means you will receive 360◦ support from the very beginning until your product leaves your filling line, packaged in a smart plastic container.
“Plastic has many advantages. It is a safe material in professional kitchens and at home, as there is no risk of broken glass nor of harm when touching the rim of the container. Further, it is hassle-free to open and re-close a plastic container, plus its light weight makes it easy to handle. These are key benefits for the food industry,” Søren Rohleder points out.
Large containers also available with oxygen barrier
RPC Superfos is among the few plastic packaging providers offering oxygen barrier solutions for large containers. This means long shelf life under ambient temperatures for soups, sauces, salads etc. as well as safety and convenience at work for kitchen staff.
Spoilt for choice
When at Interpack, do check out our clever TWP (thin wall packaging) SuperLight™ pot and our many on-the-go solutions with a spoon in the lid. Also, bear in mind that you can profit from a strong noticeable family brand image for your food products, particularly when you combine the popular versatile ready-to-use UniPak with the SuperLift® range. It is widely considered Europe’s biggest packaging family, spanning volumes from 120 ml to 22 litres.
New size in the UN series and popular paint cans
A new size for safely transporting special solids and liquids will be showcased at Interpack. Søren Rohleder explains:
“We bring a new SuperSafe pail to the trade fair - a 5 litre size meeting the strict United Nations (UN) requirements – it is a smaller version of the 22 litre container which the chemical industry recently has put into use. We have had a number of enquiries in respect of this size and are pleased to showcase it now.”
As for paint, you can touch and feel samples of the multi award-winning Paintainer® pail which is easily opened and re-closed without the use of any tool. It is available with the FlakeFree® texture on the lid avoiding dry flakes of paint falling into the can.
Sustainability and re-use on display
Various pails for paint will be on display at our special Sustainability Section at our stand where you can get inspiration for sustainable packaging. You will find containers made of post-consumer recycled material (PCR), of plant based material, and some produced according to the co-injection method. All pails from RPC Superfos can be re-used for a more sustainable footprint. Please do not hesitate to ask for more information – we look forward to any questions you may have.
Besides representatives of RPC Superfos, you have the chance to meet various teams of RPC bpi, RPC Bramlage, RPC Promens, RPC Ace and RPC Bebo during Interpack, running from 4 to 10 May 2017. We welcome you at Hall 10, stand D21.
