Distributors and dealers find it great - and it also looks good on TV. A new water based paint repelling stains and offering good cleaning resistance has recently been launched as novelty on the Spanish market in a beautifully decorated plastic container which helps the product stand out.
In-Mould Labelling ensures a great look
The launch is part of a strategy to increase market share and includes two Spanish TV commercials. Majestic is the brand name - so also this calls for something special in respect of top quality packaging and looks. Decoration Brand Manager Anna Bosch from Jotun Ibérica explains:
“Our paint is based on a high tech formula and we wanted the design and the decoration to reflect the innovative level of the paint. This was of particular importance to us so we decided to go for In-Mould Labelling on the container body and on the lid.”
The new paint is especially suitable for high traffic rooms, for rooms used for storing equipment and for households with small children and pets. Also boutiques and shops are in the target group for Majestic.
Decoration-friendly
Majestic is sold in SuperLift Extra containers in the size of 4,6L and Ø 200mm. The handle of the container is placed on the on collar which makes it a decoration-friendly solution.
“It is of importance that the dealers and retailers find our packaging great because it makes it easier to get an attractive placement in the shops. It also works well in our TV commercials. We are very happy about the result and think we have a good looking packaging. We appreciate the support we got from RPC Superfos Pamplona throughout the project,” says Anna Bosch.
Jotun Ibérica is the first company in Spain to offer a dirt repelling paint which also offers great washing resistance.
