If you want competent advise for your next packaging project, you will find what you are looking for at the RPC stand 5-454 in hall 5 at FachPack 2015 in Nürnberg, running from 29 September to 1 October. We offer you the best within injection moulding, blow moulding and thermoformed packaging solutions.
Food stays fresh for longer
Uwe Zinnert, Sales & Marketing Manager, RPC Superfos, Region Central, focusses on some injection moulded unique product lines:
“We are proud to showcase our oxygen barrier solutions that provide for very long shelf life for food products even under ambient temperatures. An example is our multi-award winning SuperLock® pack; a stunning solution which impresses both food producers and end-users as it keeps convenience food fresh for up to three years. It is available with in-mould labelling and/or a see-through area that can signal authenticity, freshness or a healthy product.”
Swap aluminium with plastic
At our stand you can also take a look at the LongLife™ pack with oxygen and UV light barrier. It is designed for wet pet food and is an excellent alternative to the traditional aluminium tray. The single-serve meal pack is re-closable which means that pet owners can avoid fridge odours from possible left-overs. LongLife™ is suitable for autoclave and offers high filling speed.
Convenience is the trump card
Another striking solution on display at FachPack is EasySnacking™ - a stylish pot which includes a convenient spoon and is perfect for any dairy meals on-the-go. The re-closable EasySnacking™ pot is available in two sizes (210 ml and 300 ml) with two types of lid: one including the spoon, and a higher one which besides the spoon also has room for 80 ml crunchy topping. It offers outstanding convenience for the dairy producer: the pot is stable and optimised for stacking - filled or empty.
Think big
For bigger volumes targeted on the food service industry, the containers SuperLift® and SuperFlex® are convincing solutions, now also available with oxygen barrier.
“We would like to highlight that advanced oxygen barrier packaging also is available for the bigger sizes used in the B2B segment. RPC Superfos is among the few plastic packaging providers that are able to offer these outstanding properties for the bigger sized food packs used in professional kitchens,” Uwe Zinnert says.
The SuperLift® and SuperFlex® containers are widely appreciated and also suitable for goods for the building industry. A considerable range of sizes is available and one single type of lid fits many volumes.
The HalfMoon™ container is a new product line, having both a unique shape and a clear ergonomic advantage. It has one round and one flat side, making it eye-catching and easy to carry. HalfMoonTM has its plastic handle integrated in the collar, so it is perfect for palletising, stacking and unstacking. HalfMoon™ is an ideal container for various food products, fats & oils, building materials, cosmetics, confectionery, pellets or paint.
You can have it your way
Whether applied for food or non-food, the packaging plays a key role in distinguishing your brand from your competitors’. A customised pack may therefore be the right solution for you.
“Packaging, not least customised packaging, can make a product stand out and promote sales. We are always eager to find the perfect bespoke pack that can positively impact on our customers’ business,” says Uwe Zinnert and continues:
“FachPack 2015 is an excellent opportunity to catch up with new packaging trends and to meet business contacts in person. We all look forward to this stimulating event and cordially invite all readers to get in touch in advance and set up a meeting with us. If needed, we will happily send out free vouchers for admission to FachPack.”
