Thermoforming, blow moulding and injection moulding. A complete range of technologies that the RPC Group uses to make innovative packaging is on display at Salon Emballage in Paris this year. RPC Superfos exhibits together with its sisters companies RPC Blow Moulding, RPC Bebo France and RPC Barrier. By exhibiting together we give you a very broad range of top quality packaging options.
From existing range to bespoke solution
Regional Sales Director, Laurent Morel from RPC Superfos Region French and his team are eager to show you all solutions in rigid plastic packaging. He says:
“With all these technologies on board we can offer strong, ready-made packaging solutions. However, we experience an increased demand for bespoke packaging based on the existing range. Various kinds of pots, pails and containers are then further developed and customised and turned into exactly what our customers want for their particular brand.”
Your design - take a look on-line
At our stand at Salon Emballage there is also a new opportunity to try out a virtual tool for designing a packaging.
“We look forward to demonstrating a new on-line service at Salon Emballage. It is called TurnAvisual and makes it easier for producers, brand owners and designers to create, test and adapt new packaging designs,” Laurent Morel explains and continues:
“All you need to do is to make a few online selections and uploads. Immediately you will see your artwork on the packaging in 3D. A revolving, virtual sample appears on screen and you can share it online with other decision makers to discuss it; at any time of day and where ever you are.”
Paint with FlakeFree®
Taking the new regulations about VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) into account, the paint segment will be interested to learn more about our FlakeFree® solution which is now extended to main products and especially on lids. This concerns popular containers such as SuperCube® and SuperFlex® for selected sizes. FlakeFree® is a texture that prevents unwanted flakes to fall into the paint.
Other solutions on display for the non-food segment comprise packaging made of postconsumer resin with our award winning co-injection method and plant based plastic.
A strong selection for food
Packaging for the food industry is another core business for RPC Superfos and we hope to get the opportunity to demonstrate pots such as SuperLock® and SuperLight® - not to forget the popular UniPak® which is probably the most extensive range on the European market. SuperLock® is among the nominees for a packaging award in the consumer goods section.
